Quiltathon Phase 3

I didn't get as much done as I thought I would on Saturday. The two errands I ran turned into an entire day of running about trying to get things accomplished. It's amazing how things just snowball. Some things did HAVE to get done....like getting the squirrel out of the attic and replacing facial boards around the house where the little mother was getting in. Part of me hated to run her out of her little nesting spot. But, all the noise convinced me we were doing the right thing!

No, I didn't actually DO the work, but I did have to feed the workmen....Dear Younger Son and Friend. They were able to get it all done, now on to the caulking and painting.

I won't bore you with all the details of my day of running, but it got done and it's over. Now, maybe I can get some sewing done.

The label is now on the Heart to Heart Quilt and after I wash it in the morning (or early afternoon) I can post pictures.....and let Dear Sister see the quilt for the first time!

The little quilt for a friend's birthday was delivered to her at church this morning. She loved it and I was so glad I made it for her.

Next, I need to start quilting the table runner. Hmmmm.....I may need to pick up some more batting, not sure I have a large enough piece left.

And one more surprise, a Dear Friend at church today gave me four 1/2 yd. cuts of fabrics. She told me she saw them and thought of me...and had to get them! She told me she enjoys reading my blog and looking at the pictures and wanted to contribute to my stash! What a dear! So, to you Dear Friend.....THANK YOU!

I'm too tired tonight to post pictures of the fabrics, but will try to remember to do it tomorrow! Good night quilters and Happy Quilting!

Edited to add pictures!
